Address Manager v9.5.0 introduced a different migration engine that was set as the default engine for the migration service. In Address Manager v9.5.4, the legacy migration engine has been returned as the default engine for the Address Manager migration service.
The migration engine introduced in v9.5.0 is now deprecated but can still be accessed in Address Manager v9.5.4 by uploading the migration file with a manifest file (Selecting the migration engine). The v9.5.0 and legacy migration engine use separate DTD files for validation, and due to operational differences, the object IDs, audit history, and log files produced by the v9.5.0 engine will differ from those produced by the legacy engine.
