You can access the GRUB command-line through the GRUB boot menu.
To access the GRUB command-line:
- From the GRUB boot menu, type e to edit commands or c to open the command-line.
- At the username prompt, type root and press ENTER.
At the password prompt, type the GRUB menu password and press
ENTER. The GRUB menu opens.
