Scheduled reports can be activated to run according to their scheduled time and frequency. You can also de-activate a scheduled report so that it doesn't run, and you can run it on demand.

To activate or deactivate scheduled reports:

  1. Select the Global tab in the sidebar.
  2. Select Reporting.
  3. Select the Schedules tab.
  4. Select the checkbox for one or more report schedules that you want to activate or deactivate.
  5. Select Actions > Activate or Actions > Deactivate.
  6. In the Change control section, add comments if required.
  7. Select Activate or Deactivate.
