Scheduled reports can be activated to run according to their scheduled time and frequency. You can also de-activate a scheduled report so that it does not run, and you can run it on demand.

To activate scheduled reports:

  1. Select the Administration tab. Tabs remember the page you last worked on. Select the Administration tab again to ensure you are working with the Administration page.
  2. Under Tracking, click Reporting.
  3. Under Report Schedules, select the check box for one or more scheduled reports.
  4. Click Action and select Activate Selected to activate the report or select Deactivate Selected to deactivate the report.
  5. Check the status of the report schedule in the Active column.
