Add a disclaimer to the main Address Manager login page either in plain text or HTML. A common disclaimer is a Terms of Use message.
Note: Upon upgrade to Address Manager v25.1, users who have configured a login page disclaimer with specific padding and margin values may need to adjust the HTML to fit the new GUI.

To add a disclaimer to the Address Manager login page:

  1. Select the Settings tab in the sidebar, then select User interface.
  2. Select the Disclaimer text tab.
  3. In the Disclaimer field, enter a disclaimer message in plain text or HTML.
    • The Disclaimer preview window provides an instant preview of how the disclaimer will render on the Address Manager login page.
      Tip: To insert line breaks in the text, use the HTML <br> tag.
      Attention: HTML script tags are not permitted in the disclaimer message. Entering <script> in this field will result in an error.
  4. Under Change control comment, add comments, if required.
  5. Select Update disclaimer text.
