Adding option definitions to a DHCP vendor profile - BlueCat Integrity - 26.1.0

Add DHCP vendor option definitions to a DHCP vendor profile.

1. Select the Global tab in the sidebar, then select Vendor profiles.
2. Select the name of a vendor profile.
3. Select New.
4. Under General, set the following parameters:

   Code—enter a value in the range of 1 to 254.

   Name—enter the common name for the option. The name must be unique within the vendor profile.

   Display name—enter the display name or screen name for the option. This can be different than the name above.

   Description—enter a description of the information passed by the option.

   Value type—select a data type for the option from the drop-down menu.

   Allow multiple—select the checkbox to allow the option to accept multiple values.

   Note: Allow multiple isn't available for the String data type.
5. In the Change control section, add comments if required.
6. Select Create or Create and add another.
