The appliances overview page displays information about the Address Manager appliance and all managed servers. From the Appliances overview page, you can select one of the following tabs to view additional information about the appliances:
  • Appliance performance—displays a snapshot of the CPU usage, memory usage, QPS, and LPS information.
  • Appliance services—displays an overview of services enabled on the appliances.
  • Appliance details—displays information about the appliance platform, including BIOS information and serial numbers.
  • Appliance interfaces—displays information about the interfaces configured on the appliances.
To access the appliances overview:
  1. Select the Overview tab in the sidebar, then select Dashboards.
  2. Click Appliances overview.

Appliance performance

The appliance performance tab displays the following information about the Address Manager appliance and all managed servers:
  • Name—the hostname of the appliance.
  • Appliance type—displays the appliance type. The field displays Address Manager for Address Manager appliances and Server for managed servers.
  • CPU %—displays a snapshot of the CPU usage of the appliance.
  • Memory %—displays a snapshot of the memory usage of the appliance.
  • QPS—displays a snapshot of the DNS queries per second (QPS) load on the appliance.
  • DHCP V4 LPS—displays a snapshot DHCPv4 leases per second (LPS) load on the appliance.
  • DHCP V6 LPS—displays a snapshot DHCPv6 leases per second (LPS) load on the appliance.


Appliance services

The appliance services tab displays the following information about the Address Manager appliance and all managed servers:
  • Name—the hostname of the appliance.
  • Appliance type—displays the appliance type. The field displays Address Manager for Address Manager appliances and Server for managed servers.
  • Managed—indicates whether the server is under Address Manager control.
  • DNS—indicates whether DNS service is enabled.
  • DHCPv4—indicates whether DHCPv4 service is enabled.
  • DHCPv6—indicates whether DHCPv6 service is enabled.
  • Failover—indicates whether Failover service is enabled.
  • Anycast—indicates whether Anycast service is enabled.
  • Firewall—indicates whether Firewall service is enabled.
  • Gateway—indicates whether Gateway service is enabled.
  • HSM—indicates whether HSM service is enabled.
  • NTP—indicates whether NTP service is enabled.
  • Secure notifications—indicates whether secure notifications are enabled between Address Manager and the server.
  • SNMP—indicates whether SNMP service is enabled.
  • SSH—indicates whether SSH service is enabled.
  • TFTP—indicates whether TFTP service is enabled.
  • Vector log—indicates whether health telemetry (DNS activity, DNS statistics, DHCP activity, or DHCP statistics) services are enabled..
  • xHA—indicates whether xHA is enabled.
  • xHA mode—indicates the xHA mode that the server is operating in.


Appliance details

The appliance details tab displays the following information about the Address Manager appliance and all managed servers:
  • Name—the hostname of the appliance.
  • Appliance type—displays the appliance type. The field displays Address Manager for Address Manager appliances and Server for managed servers.
  • BIOS date—displays the release date of the BIOS version.
  • BIOS vendor—displays the vendor of the BIOS.
  • BIOS version—displays the version of the BIOS.
  • Model—displays the model that the server is running on.
  • Serial—displays the serial number of the server.


Appliance interfaces

The appliance interfaces tab displays the following information about the Address Manager appliance and all managed servers:
  • Name—the hostname of the appliance.
  • Appliance type—displays the appliance type. The field displays Address Manager for Address Manager appliances and Server for managed servers.
  • Management interface—displays the interface that is used for management.
  • Dedicated management—indicates whether dedicated management is enabled on the server.
  • iDRAC IP—displays the IP address of the iDRAC interface.
  • Interfaces count—displays the number of interfaces available on the server.
  • Management IP—displays the IP address of the management interface.
  • Services interface—displays the interface that is used for services.
  • Services IP—displays the IP address of the services interface.
