After editing an IPv4 template, you can update an IPv4 network that uses the template by applying the template. For more information on editing IPv4 templates, refer to Editing IPv4 templates.
- Select the IPAM tab in the sidebar, then select IPv4 blocks.
- Navigate to the parent block that contains the IPv4 network by selecting the parent block's range in the IPv4 blocks table, or by selecting the parent block in the IPAM tree view panel.

Select the checkbox for the IPv4 network, then select Actions > Apply templates.
Note: You can also select the row actions button (⋮), then select Apply template.

Under Apply assigned template to IPv4 network, select

Note: The Apply gateway, Apply reserved ranges, Apply IP groups, and Apply DHCP ranges options can only be applied to IPv4 networks. Apply deployment options can be applied to all IPv4 objects.
- Apply gateway(only applies to IPv4 networks)—select to apply the template setting for the gateway address to the network. The intended address must be unallocated.
- Apply reserved ranges(only applies to IPv4 networks)—select to apply the reserved address ranges set in the template. Static and DHCP reserved addresses that have been manually set on the network within the template ranges aren't overwritten.
- Apply IP groups(only applies to IPv4 networks)—select to update the IP groups added from the previous template application and to add any new IP groups defined in the updated template.
- Apply DHCP ranges(only applies to IPv4 networks)—select to apply DHCP reserved address ranges set in the template. When you select this option, the Convert all orphaned DHCP allocated addresses to sub-option displays. You can select DHCP reserved, Static, or Unassigned.
- Apply deployment options—select to apply deployment options set in the template.
- Select Apply.
