BlueCat appliances support all of the MIB-II SNMP standard objects. MIB files for these objects are in the directory /usr/share/snmp/mibs.
There are also Address Manager-specific and DNS/DHCP Server-specific MIB files that you can copy to your SNMP manager. When these files are loaded into the SNMP manager, they provide object IDs and descriptions for all of the Address Manager and DNS/DHCP Server SNMP objects. You can download the BlueCat MIB files from the Address Manager Online Help. Click here to download the BlueCat MIB files.
Note:
- Address Manager uses the Linux system-specific SNMP polled-object MIB files to report memory, CPU, network, and Disk utilization. For more information on Linux system-specific SNMP polled-object MIBs, refer to http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/docs/mibs/.
- Not all Linux system-specific SNMP polled-object MIB files are supported in Address Manager and DNS/DHCP Server. For more information on supported MIBs in Address Manager and DNS/DHCP Server, refer to the MIB files found in the /usr/share/snmp/mibs directory of Address Manager and DNS/DHCP Server
