Change the reverse zone name format based on your needs. You must deploy the updated DNS configuration to your DNS Server in order for the changed revere zone name format to take effect.

To edit a reverse zone name format:

  1. Select the IPAM tab in the sidebar.
  2. Navigate to either the IP block or IP network level at which you set the reverse zone name format and select the Deployment options tab.
  3. Select the row containing the reverse zone name format in the Deployment options table, then select Edit in the expanded details section.
  4. Under General, select a format from the Value section.
  5. Select Save.
