To have your DNS/DHCP Server ready for DHCPv6 deployment, you need to configure DNS/DHCP Server with an IPv6 address with which clients can communicate.

IPv6 addresses should be configured on Service interface (eth0) through the DNS/DHCP Server Administration Console. DHCPv6 Deployment Roles can only be associated with DNS/DHCP Servers that have IPv6 addresses assigned to the services interface.
