CDV 26.1 introduces changes to the scope of resources tagged upon discovery. In previous versions of CDV, only discovered block, network, and device resources were tagged. CDV 26.1 expands the range of tagged resources to (optionally) include IP addresses, views, zones, and resource records.
CDV 26.1 tags additional cloud resources (IP addresses, views, zones, and resource records) by default. This new tagging behaviour can be disabled on the Settings tab. If this setting is disabled, only blocks, networks, and devices will be tagged upon discovery.
To configure additional tagged resource settings:
-
In the Address Manager UI, select CD&V in the sidebar.
-
Select the Settings tab.
-
On the Tag additional cloud resources from Address Manager panel, toggle the switch to enable or disable tagging of IP addresses, views, zones, and resource records.
