Address Manager v25.1 introduces enhancements to metrics collected by the system. By default, Address Manager collects metrics related to the host system, infrastructure, database, RESTv2 API, and notifications and on DNS/DHCP Servers, metrics related to the host system, DNS service, DHCPv4 service, DHCPv6 service, and notifications. These statistics are used to populate the Dashboards page within the Address Manager UI.

The metrics service polls the metrics exporters of Address Manager and connected DNS/DHCP Servers to populate information in the Dashboards page. If you disable the metrics service, Address Manager no longer displays metrics information in the Dashboards page.
Note: To collect DNS/DHCP Server metrics, the DNS/DHCP Server must be running software version 25.1.

For more information on the metrics collected from Address Manager, refer to the Address Manager metrics exporter service section. For more information on the metrics collected from DNS/DHCP Server, refer to DNS/DHCP Server metrics exporter service section.
