Use the Transaction History Writing operation to control the transaction history information that is written to the Address Manager database.
Controlling the writing of transaction history information to the database can reduce the rate of growth of the database and improve performance. You can control whether Address Manager object history information is written in parallel, or whether DDNS and DHCP transaction history information is written to the database.
Important: If Database Replication is enabled, changes to Transaction
History Writing operations must be performed only on the
Primary Address Manager server, not on any Standby
servers.
Important: When the database is restored from a backup, the
Transaction History Writing settings
revert back to the settings that were configured at the time of
the database backup.
