Use the Transaction History Writing operation to control the transaction history information that's written to the Address Manager database.
Controlling the writing of transaction history information to the database can reduce the rate of growth of the database and improve performance. On the Transaction History Writing page, you can control whether DDNS and DHCP transaction history information is written to the database.
Important: If you have configured database replication, you must
only change Transaction History
Writing settings on the Primary Address Manager
server, not on any Standby servers.
Important: When the database is restored from a backup, the
Transaction History Writing settings
revert back to the settings that were configured at the time of
the database backup.
