Create a network template by defining the template name and configuring a gateway offset that will be applied to IPv4 networks. You can create several templates, but you can only assign one template to an object.

To create a template:

  1. Select the IPAM tab in the sidebar, then select IPv4 templates.
  2. Select New.
  3. Under General, configure the template name:
    • Name—enter a name for the IPv4 template.
  4. Under Gateway, configure the offset for the network gateway address:
    • Defined by—select Offset from start to offset the gateway from the start of the network. Select Offset from end to offset the gateway address from the end of the network. After selecting offset type, enter a gateway offset value. The default configuration of Offset from start with a value of 1 will set the gateway to the address immediately following the network ID address.
  5. In the Change control section, add comments if required.
  6. Select Create or Create and add another.
