Deleting a BlueCat Cloud DNS server removes the server from Address Manager, but doesn't remove data from the cloud DNS environment. Contact BlueCat Customer Care to arrange for the decomissioning of your BlueCat Cloud DNS service.

To delete a BlueCat Cloud DNS server:

  1. Select the Servers tab in the sidebar, then select Servers.
  2. Select the check box for the BlueCat Cloud DNS server.
  3. Select Actions > Delete selected.
  4. Review the server that will be deleted.
  5. Under Change Control, add comments, if required.
  6. Select Delete server.
