How to download the IP reconciliation log files.

To download the IP Reconciliation log file:

  1. Select the Administration tab. Tabs remember the page you last worked on, so select the tab again to ensure you're on the Administration page.
  2. Under Tracking, click Log Management, and select the Server Logs tab.
  3. Under Server Logs, select the check box for the IP reconciliation log: ipreconciliation.log.
  4. Click Action and select Download Selected.
  5. Follow the instructions from your web browser to download and save the logs.zip file.
