The following section outlines the steps to edit a user-defined link definition.
To edit a user-defined link type:
- Select the Global tab in the sidebar.
- Select User-defined links.
- Select the row containing the UDL definition in the table, then select Edit in the expanded details section.

On the General tab, set the following parameters:
- Display name—enter the name for the user-defined link definition that will be displayed in the Address Manager UI.
- Description—enter the description for the user-defined link definition.

On the Object types tab, set the following
parameters:
- Source types—select the source entity types from the drop-down menu and select the Add (+) button.
- Destination types—select the corresponding destination entity types from the drop-down menu and select the Add (+) button.
- On the Change control tab, add comments, if required.
- Select Save.
