Integrity X v26.1.0 introduces a new Events API that provides real-time streaming of DDI events — including IPAM, DNS, and DHCP activity — to external systems via secure HTTP POST. With the new Events API, users can subscribe to changes in their DDI infrastructure and forward those events as structured JSON payloads to third-party platforms (e.g. SIEM, ITSM, observability pipelines, SOAR tools).

Configuring the Events API

To configure the Events API and generate events for Address Manager objects, you must first enable the Events API service.

After enabling the service, create one or more event registries that will define the subject and object types for the events.

Once you have enabled the service and created an event registry, navigate to the object in Address Manager and link it to the event registry.

Data visualization

A new Events data visualization tab has been added to the Dashboards page to display metrics related to the Events API. For more information, refer to Events metrics.

Reference pages

For information on the format of event payloads produced by the Events API, refer to Reference: Events API event format.

For information on the supported DDI operations that will produce an event, refer to Reference: Event producers.
