The health telemetry services are a set of services that can be configured to monitor the
health of DNS and DHCP services configured on your DNS/DHCP Server. You can configure
the following services:
- DNS activity—monitors the DNS queries and responses, and DDNS updates that are processed on a DNS/DHCP Server.
- DNS statistics—provides insights into the health of the views and zones configured on a DNS/DHCP Server.
- DHCP activity—monitors the DHCP DORA (discovery, offer, request, and acknowledge) and SARR (solicit, advertise, request, and reply) broadcast operations that are processed on a DNS/DHCP Server.
- DHCP statistics—collect statistics by sniffing DHCP packets on a DNS/DHCP Server.
