To lock or unlock user accounts:

  1. Select the Settings tab in the sidebar.
  2. Under User management, select Users and groups.
  3. Select the checkbox for the user you would like to lock/unlock.
    • To lock a user:
      1. Select Actions > Lock users.
      2. Enter a change control comment if required.
      3. Select Lock.
    • To unlock a user:
      1. Select Actions > Unlock users.
      2. Enter a change control comment if required.
      3. Select Unlock.
The locked users can't log in to the Address Manager web interface. If a user is logged in when you apply the lock, the user’s session is closed. The unlocked users can now log in to Address Manager.
