To lock or unlock user accounts:
- Select the Settings tab in the sidebar.
- Under User management, select Users and groups.

Select the checkbox for the user you would like to lock/unlock.
- To lock a user:
- Select .
- Enter a change control comment if required.
- Select Lock.
- To unlock a user:
- Select .
- Enter a change control comment if required.
- Select Unlock.
- To lock a user:
The locked users can't log in to the Address Manager web
interface. If a user is logged in when you apply the lock, the user’s session is closed.
The unlocked users can now log in to Address
Manager.
