Use the following procedure to obtain a MIB dump file for an unsupported SNMP-enabled device:

  1. Select the MIB dump tab.
  2. Select Get MIB dump.
  3. In the Get MIB dump window that appears, set the following parameters:
    Note: Parameters marked with an asterisk (*) in the UI are mandatory.
    • Probe—from the drop-down list, select a probe that will obtain the MIB dump for the SNMP-enabled device.
    • Device IP address—enter the IP address of the SNMP-enabled device.
    • SNMP credential—from the drop-down list, select either SNMPv1, SNMPv2c, or SNMPv3 credentials to use for authentication.
  4. Select Start.
    Once the MIB dump is generated, the MIB dump table displays a corresponding entry. You can select the entry to view more details of the MIB dump. To download the generated MIB dump file, select the corresponding entry in the MIB dump table, then select Actions > Download.
