After invoking the SSH discovery utility, you can now reconcile the discovered data
into Address Manager without running the actual discovery.
To reconcile the discovered data:
-
Upload the discovery file (.json) generated by the SSH discovery utility to the
/data/discovery/ directory on your Address Manager server.
-
From Address Manager, add an IP reconciliation
policy with the No discovery method. This will skip the regular IP
discovery behavior at the IP reconciliation policy level.
-
Rename the discovery file to blockIDpolicyID.json. The blockID will be
the object ID for the IP block containing the data and policyID will be the
object ID of the IP Reconciliation policy.
For example:
- If the IP block object ID is 123 and the IP reconciliation policy
object ID is 456, then the file name should be
123456.json.
-
Run the IP reconciliation policy from Address
Manager.
