If a user no longer requires access to a user group, you can remove that user from the group.

To remove users from an Address Manager user group:

  1. Select the Settings tab in the sidebar.
  2. Under User management, select Users and groups.
  3. Select the User groups tab.
  4. Select the name of the user group in the User groups table to navigate to the user group.
  5. Select the checkbox next to the user you would like to remove from the user group.
  6. With the checkbox selected, select Actions > Deleted selected.
  7. Confirm that the correct user is queued for deletion in the Delete user window.
  8. In the Change control section, add comments if required.
  9. Select Delete user.
