In the event that a TSIG key becomes compromised, you can perform an emergency rollover to regenerate the key(s).

After regenerating one or more TSIG keys, you need to deploy the configuration to your server or servers.

To roll over a TSIG key:

  1. Select the Global tab in the sidebar, then select Configurations.
  2. Select the name of a configuation.
  3. Select the TSIG keys tab.
  4. Select the vertical ellipsis (three dots) icon in the row that contains the TSIG key you want to regenerate, then select Emergency rollover.
  5. In the Rollover TSIG key window that opens, add comments in the Change control section if required.
  6. Select Confirm.
    Note: After rolling over one or more TSIG keys, you need to deploy your configuration to apply the changes to your managed servers.
