Set access rights at the local level to override global access rights.

You can set local access rights for a particular Address Manager object by navigating to the object in Address Manager, then selecting the Access rights tab. Setting access rights at the local object level overrides the global access rights. Therefore, you can control user access to a particular object level regardless the settings in the default access rights.

To set the object access rights:

  1. Navigate to the object that you have created.
  2. Select the Access rights tab for the object.
  3. Select Assign access right.
  4. Complete the steps to set access rights and overrides as you usually would. For details, see Setting and changing default access rights, starting with step 4.
