When configuring authenticators, you can use the service availability test to determine whether Address Manager is able to communicate with the external authenticator.
- Select the Settings tab in the sidebar.
- Under System security, select Authenticators.
- Select the name of the previously configured authenticator.
- Select the object menu (∨) next to the authenticator name.
- Select Test availability.
- An overlay will appear indicating whether the authenticator is available or unavailable.
