Check the status of the automated scheduled report generation.
To verify the status of a scheduled report generation:
- Select the Administration tab. Tabs remember the page you last worked on. Select the Administration tab again to ensure you are working with the Administration page.
- Under Tracking, click Reporting.
- Under Report Schedules, click the name of a scheduled report.
- Select the Schedule Status tab to view the status of the scheduled report generation.
Under Events, review the following details:
- Event ID—the event’s identification number.
- Category—a classification of the event.
- Event Source—the name of the scheduled report.
- Message—a message describing the event.
- User—a user name associated with the scheduled report.
- Date—the date and time the event occurred.
