Check the status of the automated scheduled report generation.

To verify the status of a scheduled report generation:

  1. Select the Administration tab. Tabs remember the page you last worked on. Select the Administration tab again to ensure you are working with the Administration page.
  2. Under Tracking, click Reporting.
  3. Under Report Schedules, click the name of a scheduled report.
  4. Select the Schedule Status tab to view the status of the scheduled report generation.
  5. Under Events, review the following details:
    • Event ID—the event’s identification number.
    • Category—a classification of the event.
    • Event Source—the name of the scheduled report.
    • Message—a message describing the event.
    • User—a user name associated with the scheduled report.
    • Date—the date and time the event occurred.
