The User sessions page, available for each Address Manager user, displays current and recent user sessions including IP addresses, log in and log out times, session state, and associated session authenticator. Active user sessions can also be terminated from the User sessions page.

Note: This topic describes how to view user session details for a specific user. To view user sessions for all users, select the Global tab in the sidebar, then under Monitoring, select User sessions.

To view user sessions for a specific user:

  1. Select the Settings tab in the sidebar.
  2. Select Users and groups.
  3. Select the name of a user.
  4. Select the User sessions tab.
  5. The following information is displayed on the User sessions table:
    • User—the name of the user.
    • Remote address—the IP address of the machine from which the user logged in.
      Note: If the user logs into the Address Manager GUI with SSO, the Machine IP field will display SSO-Login instead of an IP address.
    • Login time—the session login time.
    • Logout time—the session logout time.
    • State—the current session state (logged in, logged out, timed out, expired).
    • Authenticator—the authenticator that authenticated the user.
    • Response—the reason for an unsuccessful login attempt.
    Note: To terminate an active user session, select the row actions button (⋮) for the user, then select Terminate.
