To remove a DNS/DHCP Server from Address Manager control:

  1. Type configure system and press ENTER.
    Adonis> configure system

  2. Run the set state no-proteus-control command.
    Adonis:configure:system> set state no-proteus-control

The DNS/DHCP Server is immediately removed from Address Manager control.
Note:
  • If bonding is enabled on the DNS/DHCP Server appliance, removing the server from Address Manager control will also disable bonding.
  • To return the DNS/DHCP Server to Address Manager control, you must enable or replace the server from the Address Manager user interface.
