Associates an IP address with a certain MAC address (belonging to a VM’s NIC in the context of the BCN Workflows) in Address Manager. notifyMACAddress has no return value.
Input parameters:
- profileName—an existing Address Manager connection profile name.
- configName—an existing Address Manager configuration name.
- ipAddress—an IPv4 address already registered in Address Manager.
- macAddress—a valid MAC address. In order to avoid any issue, the MAC address should be unique and not already registered in Address Manager.
