You can delete a discovery instance that is no longer in use or required.
- In the top navigation bar, click
and select . - Click the name of the discovery instance that you would like to delete.
- Click the Delete button. A window opens confirming the DNS resolver service deletion.
- Select the confirmation checkbox and click Delete discovery instance.
Attention: If the discovery instance is deployed to a
service point, clicking the Delete discovery instance button
queues the deletion task on the associated service point and does not indicate that the
discovery instance has been immediately deleted. The deletion process can take a few
minutes to successfully complete. During this time, you will not be able to delete
associated discovery configurations.
