Your profile shows your name and email, and lets you change your password. You can also view your profile from the Settings page.
Changing your password (when SSO is inactive)
- In the navigation bar, click .
- Click Reset Password.
- An email is sent to you with a link to reset the password.
Your password must include at least 12 characters, including at least one lowercase and one uppercase letter, and at least one non-alphanumeric character, such as:
~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ - + = ` | \ ( ) { } [ ] : ; " ' < > , . ? /.
You will be logged out and asked to log back in with your new password.
Note: When SSO is enabled, you must change your password through your Identity
Provider.
Generating the API access key set
- Click New.
- Click Download .JSON File to download a JSON file
containing your client ID and secret access key.Note: Once you close the client ID creation window, you can't access your secret access key again. BlueCat strongly recommends downloading the JSON file containing this information and storing it in a secure location.
- Click Close. Note: You can only create a maximum of two API access key sets.
