Your profile shows your name and email, and lets you change your password. You can also view your profile from the Settings page.

Changing your password (when SSO is inactive)

  1. In the navigation bar, click Account > Profile.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  3. An email is sent to you with a link to reset the password.

    Your password must include at least 12 characters, including at least one lowercase and one uppercase letter, and at least one non-alphanumeric character, such as: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ - + = ` | \ ( ) { } [ ] : ; " ' < > , . ? /.

    You will be logged out and asked to log back in with your new password.

Note: When SSO is enabled, you must change your password through your Identity Provider.
Generating the API access key set
  1. Click New.
  2. Click Download .JSON File to download a JSON file containing your client ID and secret access key.
    Note: Once you close the client ID creation window, you can't access your secret access key again. BlueCat strongly recommends downloading the JSON file containing this information and storing it in a secure location.
  3. Click Close.
    Note: You can only create a maximum of two API access key sets.
