Configure BlueCat Health Monitoring to send REST notifications when alerts are triggered.

  1. Select the Administration tab.
  2. Under Notifications, select Rest API Alerts.
  3. Toggle the Status slider and complete the following fields.
    • URL: The URL for the alert receiver.
    • Header: Click the plus icon to add HTTP headers.
    • Body: The JSON body of the alert.
    • Verify SSL: Select checkbox to enable SSL verification.
  4. Click Add to set the new alert.

A placeholder message will be sent to the REST API endpoint to confirm connection. An error will be shown if there is no connection available.
