To mitigate delays and timeouts when retrieving xHA server objects, users can
configure the detail level of xHA information retrieved by the BlueCat Health Monitoring
service. With the includeHA parameter enabled, BlueCat Health
Monitoring will connect with xHA enabled servers to retrieve the live status of nodes.
This option is disabled by default.
To toggle advanced xHA information:
- Select the Administration tab.
- Under Authentication, select Retrieve xHA Details.
- Select or clear the check box for includeHA.
