Connect your DNS/DHCP services to BlueCat Horizon so you can manage them all from one place. There are several steps to make sure your services are connected and can be managed from the cloud:

  1. Create connections, such as DDI agents, on the platform. Then, install these agents on your servers, allowing you to manage them from the platform and its applications.
  2. Install DDI agents on your local machine. The installation process depends on your operating system. Refer to the following instructions:
  3. Verify that the components are running, including the DDI agents and HubHead, which provides a tunnel between the agents and the cloud.

Once you've completed these steps, you can add your services in the DDI orchestrator application, where you can manage them, their networks, DNS zones, and more from one centralized location.
