If you have created a connection, but its status does not change to Connected after more than ten minutes, there may not be proper access between your on-premise services and the cloud. To troubleshoot this issue:
- After you install your connection, wait a moment to allow it time to connect. Check its Status in the Connection hub.
- If the status does not change from Registered to Connected, check the
messages on your machine, which will inform you if and why the connection cannot
connect to the cloud. If the issue is a firewall, make sure the domain name is
allowed.
