You can create multiple subnets from an existing network that resides on subnet boundaries and currently has no subnets configured.

To allocate subranges:

  1. On the Networks tab of the IPAM page, select the network you want to allocate from in the list.
  2. Use either the Action or the ellipses in the row to select Allocate subranges.
  3. In the dialog, configure the new subranges.

    • Size: Select a subnet mask for how large the subranges should be.
    • Count: Select the number of subranges you want to allocate.
    • Starting at: If you select fewer subranges than fit within the network, you can set the offset from where to start the allocation.
  4. When you’re finished configuring, select Next.
  5. Define the title and custom properties for the new subranges. Then, select Next.
  6. In the Summary step, verify the new subranges and select Finish.
