DDI orchestrator supports multiple organizations, each containing unique sets of network components, such as DNS servers, DNS zones, DHCP servers, DHCP scopes, IP address ranges (including both IPv4 and IPv6 root ranges), IP address entries, and folders.

Shared elements across all organizations include:

Any changes made to data in one organization will not affect data in any other organization.

The first organization is always named <Default>. You cannot rename or remove the <Default> organization.

Switching organizations

You can only work in one organization at a time. The current organization is visibly indicated in the lower right corner of the list.

To switch to a different organization:

  1. Select the User icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. In the dropdown, select Switch organization.

  3. In the dialog, select the organization you want to switch to.
    • If there are five or fewer organizations, the options are displayed as radio buttons.
    • If there are six or more organizations, the options are displayed in a dropdown.

  4. Select Confirm.
