DDI orchestrator's object change history provides a detailed log of all modifications made to any object, including timestamps, user information, actions taken, and user-entered comments.

All users can view their own object change history, a history of all the changes they have made to objects in the system, while administrators can access a history of changes made by all users.

It's also possible to view the history of a specific object.

To view your change history:

To view a history of the changes you've made to objects in DDI orchestrator:

  1. Select the user icon in the navigation bar.
  2. In the dropdown, select View history.

The resulting dialog displays a history of all changes you've made to objects in DDI orchestrator.

To view the change history of a specific object:

  1. In the list, select the object.
  2. Use either the Action menu or the ellipses in the row to select View history.

The resulting dialog displays a history of all changes made to the object.

To filter the change history for a specific change:

If you're looking for a specific change made to an object in the system, you can filter the history based on provided criteria. To filter the change history:

  1. After navigating to the change history, select the filter icon in the dialog header.
    The filter icon is located on the right side of the History dialog header, alongside the options to expand or close the dialog.
  2. In the provided fields, enter or select the relevant information by which to filter the history.
    • If you’re viewing the global object history, you can narrow down results by selecting an Object type.
    • Administrators can filter changes by a specific user by entering the username in the Made by user field.
  3. Select Search.
