The Scheduled Tasks tab () displays details of jobs that have run or are scheduled to run in LiveAssurance. You can also create schedules for new jobs from this page. See Tasks you can perform for details on the various tasks you can perform from this tab.

Tasks you can perform

Upcoming Jobs—Displays the total number of upcoming jobs in the next 7 days, in addition to the number of backup and manifest jobs. To view details of upcoming jobs, click the View Upcoming Jobs link. The Upcoming Jobs page is displayed, with the list of all upcoming jobs. From here, you can click the All, Upcoming, or Completed buttons on the top of the Jobs table to filter the list accordingly.

Completed Jobs—Displays the total number of completed jobs, including the oldest and latest backup and manifest jobs completed. To view details of completed jobs, click the View Completed Jobs link. The Completed Jobs page is displayed, with the list of all completed jobs. From here, you can click the All, Upcoming, or Completed buttons on the top of the Jobs table to filter the list accordingly.

Job Success Trend—Displays a historical trend indicating the total number of successful, partially successful, and failed manifest and backup jobs. Hover over the graph to view the total count for each job type. The legend indicates the colors used in the graph, which correspond to a specific job status (successful, partially successful, and failed).

View details of all jobs—Click the View all jobs button to display the detailed list of all manifest and backup jobs in the All Jobs page. This is the same page that opens when you click the View Upcoming Jobs or View Completed Jobs link, but with the filter All applied. You can click the All, Upcoming, or Completed buttons on the top of the Jobs table to filter the list accordingly.

Create a schedule for new jobs—Click Create to create a schedule for a new backup or manifest job. For more details, see Creating a device backup job and Creating a Manifest job.
By default, the Calendar view below the panels displays the jobs scheduled to run in the next seven days. Starting in v25.1.0, you can click the navigation arrows (< and >) present above the calendar to display jobs scheduled in the future (up to a maximum of 5 weeks). Additionally, you can click the back arrow ( | <) to return to the current week in the Calendar view.

Additionally, you can now edit scheduled jobs from the calendar itself. In the calendar, navigate to the scheduled job you want to edit, then click that calendar entry. If there are overlapping jobs, click the down arrow (˅) displayed in that calendar entry, then click the Edit icon displayed for that job. The Update manifest/backup job window opens.

In the All/Completed/Upcoming Jobs page, you can perform the following actions:

As described above, you can click the All, Upcoming, or Completed buttons on the top of the Jobs table to filter the list accordingly.

Export jobs—Click Export Jobs to export the jobs (all, completed, or upcoming jobs, based on the selected filter) as a CSV file to your computer.

Edit and delete upcoming jobs—Click the Edit icon corresponding to an upcoming job for which you want to modify details. To delete an upcoming job, click the Delete icon corresponding to the job.

View reports—Click the Expand icon to view the report for a backup or manifest job that's completed. Click Download Report to download the displayed report to your computer as a CSV file.

View alerts generated for devices during a change—Starting in v25.1.0, you can click the name of a completed Manifest job to open a side panel that displays alerts (if any) in both a chart and a list.
The chart shows alerts generated one hour before the job started and two hours after it ended, grouped by severity. Hover over an alert to see a tooltip with more details (such as the time the alert was generated and the specific devices for which the alert was generated). When you hover over the chart itself, the tooltip displays details of the job such as the job duration and selected devices.
Below the chart, alerts (if any) are listed for each device that had an alert during this timeframe.
When you click an alert, you are taken to the Issues tab where you can review the issue in more detail.
