This release of the BlueCat Python Library is released in parallel with BlueCat Gateway v24.2 and includes the following changes.

  • The Python client to BlueCat Address Manager API v1, bluecat_libraries.address_manager.api.Client, includes a new bam_version property. For authenticated clients, the property returns the structured version object, similar to the property with the same name in the client to API v2.

Resolved issues

  • Previously, several files within the Python client to BlueCat Address Manager v2 included incorrect copyright statements that were not compatible with Apache 2.0 license. This has now been resolved.
