BlueCat Server Update Services has the following limitations:
- You can only use BlueCat Server Update Services to manage DNS/DHCP Server updates. BlueCat Server Update Services currently does not support Address Manager updates.
- BlueCat Server Update Services currently does not support rolling back updates
applied to DNS/DHCP Servers.Note: You can still roll back patches using the method outlined in the patch release notes.
- You can only use BlueCat Server Update Services to apply updates to DNS/DHCP Server v9.0.0 or greater.
- The DNS/DHCP Server firewall must be turned on.
- BlueCat Server Update Services is only available using HTTPS.
- If you have xHA setup with your DNS/DHCP Servers, both nodes of the xHA pair must use the same SSH credentials during the setup.
- You cannot install BlueCat Server Update Services on a DNS/DHCP Server.
