When you modify a Scheduled Update, you can change the set of patch files to apply, the time and date to apply it, and whether or not it should use the server batch'sassociated Customization package,
You can modify any scheduled update that has not yet started. When modifying scheduled updates, you can modify them for only a single Server Batch at a time.
From BlueCat Server Update Services (BSUS), click Server Updates, then click the Planned Updates tab.
Select the checkbox for the scheduled update that you want to modify.
You can modify only one update at a time.
Click the Settings button (the gear
icon) and select Modify.The first Modify Schedule screen appears.

In the first screen, do the following:
- Under Selected Patches, select or clear the updates to apply to the Server Batch. You can select one or more updates.
Under Selected Batches, select one Server Batch to apply the updates to.
When modifying a scheduled update, you can apply changes to only one Server Batch at a time.
To apply each Server Batch's customization package (if any) to its servers, click to select the Apply checkbox.
Customization packages are customized sets of bash scripts and support files that back up and restore server settings that might be lost during an upgrade. For more details, see Working with upgrade customization packages.
When you're done, click Next.
In the next screen, do the following:

Under Selected Patches, drag the names of updates to change the order in which updates are applied.

Under Date Time, select the date and time when you want the update to be applied.
Note: For a modified schedule, the re-scheduled date and time must be at least 30 minutes in the future. When you're done, click Modify Schedule. (To instead go back to the previous screen and select a different set of batches, click Previous.)

BlueCat Server Update Services updates the scheduled update and returns you to the Planned Updates tab.
