Once you have installed the Cisco DNA Generic IPAM Driver workflow, you must integrate your BlueCat Gateway with Cisco DNA Center.



To integrate the Cisco DNA Generic IPAM Driver with Cisco DNA
  1. Log in to your Cisco DNA Center instance.
  2. In the menu, select System > Settings.
  3. In the System Settings page, select IP Address Manager.
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Server Name—enter the name of your BlueCat Cisco DNA Generic IPAM Driver.
    • Server URL—enter the IP address of your BlueCat Cisco DNA Generic IPAM Driver in the following format: <protocol>:<ip_address>. For example, http://10.10.10.10
      Note:
      • The Server URL must not end with a forward slash (/) character.
      • If you are using an HTTP connection between BlueCat Cisco DNA Generic IPAM Driver and Cisco DNA Center, a certificate warning appears. You must allow Cisco DNA Center to access this IP address and add the untrusted certificate to the trust pool.
    • Username—enter the username of the Address Manager account that will interact with BlueCat Gateway.
      Note: This account uses the API to interact with BlueCat Gateway and should be an administrative API user with full permissions.
    • Password—enter the password for the associated username.
    • Provider—select GENERIC.
    • View—select the configuration in Address Manager that will import the Cisco DNA Center information.
      Note: The View must not contain a forward slash (/) character.
  5. Click Save.
Note: If there is any existing network settings in Cisco DNA Center, those are automatically imported into BlueCat Address Manager.
