GCP Visibility continually searches the GCP infrastructure for changes to network details and resources (see GCP job settings: Monitoring options.) Visibility jobs for discoveries on the Organization level will detect changes in the number of GCP accounts and their details and take the following actions:

  • New projects: CDV will run Discovery on newly-created GCP projects.

  • Removed projects: GCP accounts that were removed or suspended will be removed from Discovery and Visibility. Previously-discovered information will be retained in Address Manager.
