Configuring CDV workflow permissions - Adaptive Applications - BlueCat Gateway - 25.3

By default, only the Gateway admin user has access to the Cloud Discovery & Visibility (CDV) workflow. If other BlueCat Gateway users will work with CDV, you must configure the workflow permissions to grant those users access.

To configure the workflow permissions:

1. Log in to BlueCat Gateway.

2. From Gateway, in the navigator on the left, click Settings, expand Configurations, then click Permissions .

3. In the permissions list, select the row with cloud_discovery_gui in the Workflow column.

4. Click the Edit button for that entry.

   Tip: You can also click the Edit button while viewing the details pane for a permission.

5. In User groups, type the name of the desired user group, then click the Add (plus sign) button.

6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 for the permission with cloud_discovery in the Workflow column.

7. When you're done, click Save.

The Cloud Discovery & Visibility workflow now appears on the Workflows page and in the navigation bar for the selected BlueCat Gateway users.
