Log files are generated daily starting at midnight and rotate when the size of a log file reaches 10MB. You can download the Cloud Discovery & Visibility logs from the UI or by using the /cloud-discovery/api/v1/exporter/log API method. For more information on using the Cloud Discovery & Visibility API, refer to REST API endpoints.
To download the log files from the Cloud Discovery & Visibility UI:
- From the Cloud Discovery & Visibility UI, click
in the top-right corner of the
page. - From the drop-down menu, select Download logs.
- Select the directory where to save the log files.
The log files are compressed into a zip file and downloaded locally.
